Lottery Draw Process
To protect the integrity of each lottery draw, the entire draw process is conducted according to established procedures and in the presence of an independent public accounting firm.
Step 1
Computer software randomly selects a draw machine and ball set to be used.
Step 2
Draw personnel breaks a seal and unlocks the draw equipment room in the presence of the appointed public accounting firm representative.
Step 3
The selected draw machine is moved to the draw hall.
Step 4
Each ball in the selected draw ball set is weighed. Their weights must be within an accepted variance margin to ensure an equal chance of being drawn.
Step 5
Ten minutes before the draw time, the draw announcer announces the ball numbers as the draw controller loads each ball into the draw machine. This is done in the presence of the appointed public accounting firm representative and the audience.
Step 6
The draw is ready to begin. Our trained personnel conducts the draw in the presence of the appointed public accounting firm representative and the audience.
Step 7
The draw announcer invites a member of the audience to assist in the draw by pressing the 'Start' button on the control panel. The member of the audience must not have participated in the last 10 draws.
Step 8
At the press of the button, the balls spin in the sphere until a ball is ejected into the selected chamber.
Step 9
The number of the ejected ball is announced and recorded. This is repeated until all winning numbers are drawn.
Step 10
Draw balls are unloaded from the draw machine, arranged in numerical order in the draw balls bag and locked away. This is done in the presence of the appointed public accounting firm representative.
Draw personnel completes the recording of winning numbers and the official result is verified by the appointed public accounting firm representative before release.
A video recording of the draw is sealed and kept for verification purposes for a period of time.
